CPP often provides a full scope of services inclusive of arranging NMTC parties, structuring the NMTC loan, negotiation of terms with the tax credit investor, CDE Lender(s) and leverage fund lender(s) as well as negotiating terms and structuring the overall leverage structure and legal documents. In addition, CPP can help coordinate necessary closing items such as investor models, NMTC compliance matters, due diligence requirements, legal opinions, flow of funds for closing and any other items as necessary.
