Callen-Lorde Community Health Center: Brooklyn, NY (Closed December 2018)
Capital Peak Partners represented Callen-Lorde to close a $16 million New Markets Tax Credit financing for the new construction of 25,000 SF leased space in a multi-use facility that will enable Callen-Lorde to expand primary care and behavioral health services and will also include an onsite pharmacy and administrative space. Callen-Lorde is an FQHC that provides comprehensive healthcare, including primary care, behavioral health, 340B pharmacy, and social services, to adults and children in the LGBTQ and broader community. Corporation for Supportive Housing and Primary Care Development Corporation each provided $8 million of New Market Tax Credit allocation and Chase Bank was the tax credit investor.
